Forgings implemented by LLC “Tehnolitinvest” can be divided into the following groups:

 

1. Forging of wheels

 

2. Forging of smooth shafts and axles

 

3. Forging of shafts with steps

4. Forging of squares and plates

 

5. Forging of rings

 

6. Forging of knives.

 

In the process of forging, the hardening of metal is achieved, its discontinuities are welded and large crystals are destroyed. After such a processing the metal structure is improved, becomes fine- grained, the metal structure becomes fibrous.
